Wow I already finished the fourteenth week. The longer I am here the faster time passes. I really enjoy the time here. I really got close with my host family and friends here in Norway. Yea I don't regret anything. I don't regret doing an exchange year  and I especially don't regret choosing Norway over other countries. I start to feel proud spending a year in such a wonderful country. I have now a connection to a country, I never visited before in my entire life. Isn't that a bit weird. It feels weird but so normal at the same time. I'm really glad everything turned out so well over time. I have the time of my life here so far <3

I MET THE NORWEGIAN CROWN PRINCE!!!

Yes, I did.

It was dignity day at our school in Bodø. I heard the Norwegian Crown prince, called Hakoon Magnus, will visit our school and will have a speech in front of the first graders. Unfortunately I am a second grader and didn't havea chance to participate. So I had to go to my normal class hour that morning. In the middle of the lesson I had to go to the toilet. Just when I wanted to use the stairwell a couple of armed security guard appeared in front of me and told me that I would have to wait a couple of minutes. I was really irritated and didn't understand what was going on. I started to understand the whole situation when I saw a man behind the guards coming up the stairs, which wore a uniform with badges. It was the crownprin Hakoon himself. When he passed me I shyly said "Hallo", he answered with a "Hallo" XD. Yea that was basically all, the whole situation took about 3 min, however I will probably remember it for the rest of my life.

I thought when I already told you about my strange meeting I can also introduce you the Norwegian Royal Family. Even though The Norwegian Royal Family isn't as popular as the British Royal Family, the Norwegians are as proud as the British people on their Royal Family.

The Norwegian Royal Family includes seven Royal Family Members: King Harald V, Queen Sonja, Crown prince Hakon, Crwon princess Mette-Marit, Princess Ingrid Alexandra, Princ Sverre Magnus and Princess Märtha Louise.
